Tow Loans, LLC is not a broker and not a direct lender. Tow Loans is a referral source that connects applicants seeking commercial equipment financing with third-party financing partners. Tow Loans does not extend credit, make loans, or guarantee approval. All financing decisions, terms, rates, and disbursements are made by independent third-party financing partners.

Submission of an application to Tow Loans does not create a lending relationship between you and Tow Loans, and does not guarantee that any financing partner will approve your application or offer specific terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use the site or submit an application.

4. Application Accuracy

You certify that all information you submit is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application and may constitute fraud.

5. No Guarantee

Submission of an application to Tow Loans is not a commitment to lend by Tow Loans or any financing partner. Pre-approval estimates are based on the information you provide and are subject to verification, credit review, underwriting, and final approval by a financing partner.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on towloans.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Tow Loans, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit applications on behalf of someone else without their authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the site.
• Use automated systems to access the site without our permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
